First of all, they listened. I have been through several home improvement projects in my home in the past 12 years. My husband is new at this. But he was ready to sign a contract with Ward right away. I am already trying to decide which project to do next. But the bathroom gut job is becoming my spa oasis. We had two bathrooms remodeled, flooring replaced throughout and kitchen counters replaced all with Classic Remodeling NW. These are my end of project thoughts.(3) We choose Classic Remodeling NW because we were impressed with Wards transparent and detailed approach. The companies we are not happy until you are giving us confidence we would be in good hands. They seemed vary client centric.(4) Any remodel is stressful even in the best of circumstance. They did a great job mitigating our stress by being available for questions and going over details. Phone calls never went unanswered! Every contractor in our home was vetted, professional and respectful. Never felt uncomfortable with any one we worked with. Ward gave us a room-by-room proposal which was very helpful for budgeting and choosing what to do and when. Rebecca was my champion concerning our budget (I think she watched it closer than I did) keeping us on target. We were able to pause between projects to do some DIY to further stretch the budget with no problem.I can confidently recommend Classic Remodeling NW.

This was the second time that we used Classic Remodeling NW to redo a bathroom. The first time was excellent and exceeded all expectations. The second time, what this review is based on, met most of our expectations. The design and workmanship were excellent. The only thing we had an issue with was timing. We needed the bathroom completed by a certain date due to a major surgery and despite assurances this did not happen. In the end the bathroom is by far the nicest room in our house, it is like going to a spa :-). The work is high quality and beautiful. The workers were nice and respectful of our needs while in the home. The job did cost quite a bit more than initially quoted, but that is 100% on us. We choose to upgrade parts of the job, and asked to have the roof replaced when it was found to be leaking. I would hire them again if we needed another remodel.
