Ruiz Construction

First off, thank you Frank and team for being so awesome. We had a lot of work to get done and not only was Frank's team fast but they did a great job. We were selling our old house and the work we needed done ran the gambit from painting, plumbing repair, electrical, eave repair, roof repair/patching, garage door installation, termite damage repair, mold repair, sealing, stucco repair, flooring installation, general remodeling and more. There didn't seem to be a single task he couldn't do. He also let me know he can pour concrete for a new driveway, though we didn't need that this time. It was a big job and a lot to coordinate. Frank was not only professional, he was so incredibly efficient, polite and patient with our questions. His start and finish date estimates were accurate. And he did exactly what he promised and more. He and his team didn't spare the small details. All of his work passed inspections as our house was going through the sale process.. also, he worked with us on payment in a way that felt fair. I'm just a bit sad we have since moved from the area, because having a general contractor that you can trust to do a good job is hard to find. I will continue to recommend you to anyone in the Fairfield, CA area. Thanks again, Frank!

Frank does an awesome job. He goes over and beyond expectations. We started with a deck replacement, then a fence/gate repair and now just had kitchen and dining room lights replaced. Frank and his company are always punctual, professional and does good work. Very happy with the job and will go to Frank for future home improvement projects.

I am so happy. Frank installed a Gazebo for me and they went above and beyond. It is perfectly centered with my screen. I will definitely call Ruiz Construction for future work. I only wish I remembered the name of the crew that was there. Very professional and hard working.
