Lance and his team provided excellent service. He was organized and timely. We added a room to our house and also had several rooms updated. The project was completed in about 8 weeks. Lance was able to complete projects that other companies said were not possible for my house. I highly recommend Green Coast Living. We will use them again for future house projects.
We worked with Lance and his company on an extensive remodeling project at our home. We interviewed several contractors, and we will forever be grateful that we chose Green Coast Living. From the bidding process to the final stages of the process, Lance was very attentive to detail. He communicated regularly about the week’s schedule, and he made regular visits to the site at every stage of the project, taking careful measurements, offering multiple options, and constantly and consistently asking for our input and preferences. His communication skills are excellent; he listens closely, and early on he identified the aspects of the project that were most important to us. He keeps his appointments, and he is very clear about the stages and overall timeline of the project. Along the way, we made several decisions that changed the scope of the project, and he was supportive and informative at every point. He was flexible in working around our schedule, and when we were not physically present he and his subcontractors were responsible and trustworthy, and we felt comfortable having them in and out of our living space. We were particularly impressed by the way his crew cleaned up after themselves, which meant that we were much less inconvenienced during construction. Before the project was even completed, we were recommending Green Coast Living to our friends, and we will continue to do so. We are very, very happy with the results!
We worked with Green Coast Living on a wheel chair ramp adding a cable rail system. Communication was excellent working around other parts of the build to give the home owner the look they wanted. We look forward to working with them again in the future!!
We had the pleasure of working with Lance and his team installing a patio extension and new roof area at our home in Fairhope. Everything from estimate to finish was done in a very professional and conscientious manner - and the quality of the work was outstanding. Lance had the engineering drawings prepared, obtained the necessary permits and scheduled the material deliveries so there were no delays in the project. They performed the concrete work, roof framing and supports, roofing, finish floor tile, electrical and finish trim work all with excellent quality. Even though the bulk of this work was done while we were absent from the home, we were kept up to date with pictures, e-mails and phone calls (when necessary).These people are very good at what they do. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Lance and Green Coast Living for consideration.
