I recently moved to Loxley and contacted Kirby Custom renovations to complete a backsplash for my kitchen. They responded promptly, gave me a competitive bid, and did a great job on the installation!
We were really excited to have our kitchen renovated but were at a loss of who to choose. We had many general contractors and larger do it yourself options fall by the wayside. We were really excited to find Kerby Custom Renovations. Their recommendations on line seemed almost too good to be true so we moved ahead with Kerby. Kerby did the renovation of my kitchen and laundry room and added in a pantry. They did an excellent job given that there were no drawings or blueprints for what I wanted. To complicate matters, I really wanted a new space that would be safe for me as I age in place. Kerby managers, staff and sub-contractors worked closely with me to make the kitchen/pantry/laundry of my vision into a reality. Kerby staff were excellent communicators in that they not only spoke up when they had questions but they took the time to listen to what I wanted and envisioned. They were kind and patient and helped me by making suggestions and providing alternatives, some of which I incorporated into my kitchen. The custom work they did was outstanding and the subcontractors they worked with were exceptional too. Sometimes it took longer to get the next set of workers in to continue work which extended the length of our rehab but all in all, it was totally worth the wait because of the quality of their work. Their integrity showed through with each step of the rehab process. I was also impressed with their after service care. I had 3 small items that needed to be taken care of after my final payment to Kerby. They followed up and completed all 3 items in a timely fashion.
Our experience with Kerby Custom Renovations was very a positive one. With all of the craziness in the world, the Kerby crew hung in there and did a great job. The crew was polite, friendly and cleaned up behind themselves. Also, they asked for our input and thoughts throughout the process. Would we recommend Kerby? - yes. This screened deck/room is now our 'happy' place. Thanks Kerby!
