Evolution Construction, LLC

I had the pleasure of working with Evolution Construction on a large project finishing our basement. Ryan was great to work with from the bidding process thru the construction. I very much appreciated how he kept us informed about what was going on, and what decisions needed to be made. Thanks to Ryan and his team of subcontractors our basement project turned out great.

We recently worked with Evolution Construction to finish our basement. Ryan was incredible to work with. He has great attention to detail and holds his quality of work to a high standard. By the time we were done with the project, it felt like we were working with a friend. The subcontractors that he works with produced high-quality work and kept the workspace tidy after every day of work.

Key take-away points: 1. The work done in our home was absolutely beautiful! 2. Ryan is a clear communicator and is honest about the process all along the way. 3. We will contact Evolution for future work. The details: This was the first time we had remodeling or any type of construction work in our home. It was not fun to have a prolonged disruption to our normal lives, yet it was made tolerable by the consistent and honest communication Ryan provided. From the first time we met with Ryan, he explained to us that there would be both anticipated and unanticipated challenges throughout the remodel. He was correct. There were many hiccups that occurred due to the nature of the work (turning two small bathrooms that needed extensive plumbing correction into one large and luxurious bathroom). With each issue that arose, Ryan talked us through what was going on and why, and the solution. Ryan was transparent in his communication with respect to the work process, cost, delays, and anything relevant to the work he did in our house. His communication style was direct and professional. There were never surprises about cost, as we regularly revisited the budget with Ryan. Above all, the work is stunning! High quality, functional, and gorgeous. I value Ryan’s ethical approach to conducting his business and establishing positive relationships with subcontractors that he trusts. We have already identified the next projects that we will hire Evolution for.

Ryan and his team provided excellent quality...and excellent service! I knew from the first meeting with Ryan that this was the company I wanted finishing my basement. I highly recommend Evolution Construction. Ryan was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The craftsmanship and his attention to detail was impeccable. Ryan set the bar high and was continually going out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly throughout the entire building process. This experience was second to none, and without a doubt Evolution Construction would be my first choice to work with again. They are truly a FANTASTIC company!

I used Evolution to finish the basement of our rambler. I enjoyed working with Evolution and would recommend them to others. Ryan, the owner, was an excellent communicator, always on time, and helped me keep the cost down in times of prices going up.
