I just connected the dots that Grafstrom Construction has been an integral part of everything that I love about my destination hotel— The Element in Fargo.
A recent FB post on the Grafstrom page says “The Element Hotel was Hans’s first commercial construction project. He was hired on as “just a dude” tasked with the mission to “make the job get done faster.”
Fast forward 10 years & the hotel was ready for a top to bottom renovation/full refresh & they knew exactly who to call. Full circle moment to be back where it all started & to award Element Hotel with our Top Customer by Sales for the year 2024”.
That is super impressive.
I spent many visits watching the renovation in progress and never once felt any inconvenience as a guest. The team was always polite, professional and on task.
If I ever need any construction completed in the Fargo area, I would absolutely contact Grafstrom.

Grafstrom has been fantastic to work with. From installing DIRTT walls to medium-sized construction projects, they have been great to work with. They are trustworthy and professional, they do high quality work, and are committed to doing things right. They've always managed to work my projects into their schedule, even on short notice sometimes. Absolutely recommend!

While I haven't had the opportunity to engage in a personal project with Grafstrom just yet, my encounters with them as their vendor has been nothing short of exceptional! They are without question my client, largely due to the fantastic exchanges and experiences I have shared with Hans and Dave. Their enthusiasm for their business, positive attitude, work ethic, and adaptability when confronted with unforeseen obstacles are truly remarkable - and make them a genuine pleasure to work with!
