We were so impressed with the home built by Baumann & Crosno! The quality and attention to detail were outstanding, and you can really tell how much pride they take in their work. Everything from the finishes to the layout was thoughtfully done and beautifully executed. Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions right away and made everything simple and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Overall, an excellent experience — such a professional and genuine team. We would highly recommend Baumann & Crosno Construction to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built home and great people to work with!

As a real estate professional, I’ve rarely had an inspector say he could not find anything to put on the inspection report of a house. But that has happened with Baumann & Crosno homes and I could not be more impressed with their attention to detail. There’s been other agents at my brokerage who have the same experience with different inspectors not being able to find anything to report and say it’s best new construction home they have inspected. 5 stars all day
