Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions right away and made everything simple and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her clients.
Overall, an excellent experience — such a professional and genuine team. We would highly recommend Baumann & Crosno Construction to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-built home and great people to work with!

But that has happened with Baumann & Crosno homes and I could not be more impressed with their attention to detail. There’s been other agents at my brokerage who have the same experience with different inspectors not being able to find anything to report and say it’s best new construction home they have inspected. 5 stars all day

B&C build amazing houses, uses the best building materials and finishes, provide updates regularly, it’s team is the best , listing agent Erin Hemme would answer any questions, the superintendent Joseph King is checking on every single new construction daily to make sure everything is going smoothly to close on time !
