HTP Contractors

After completing an extensive whole-house renovation, my advice is to be extremely thorough and cautious in who you choose to work with. The most important questions to consider are verifying their license is valid and active, that they have proper insurance, and can be trusted to complete quality work. Now, throughout our project, we sifted through many contractors and tradesmen, and I can tell you firsthand how difficult it is to find a trustworthy person in this industry. However, if you know Scott, rest assured, you have found a good one. In our experience, there were none like him. We began our journey with a fraud (always remember to be vigilant and verify!), and Scott was one of the few who genuinely cared about getting us back on our feet. Selflessly invested in our family, he took care of us and helped us to the finish line, regardless of how it impacted him. Starting with a villain, Scott was our hero and truly saved the day for us. And while our journey was incredibly stressful, I am confident that if we had Scott as our contractor from the beginning, this intense, draining experience could have been stress-free and even enjoyable – and that peace of mind over such a notoriously difficult building process is priceless, believe me, the cost on your family otherwise is not worth it on the flip side. Again, if you found Scott and you're reading this, consider yourself lucky. He's a gem in the field, and if I were to do it again, I would figure out how to work with him no matter the setbacks, because if you don't have the right guy, it is not worth moving forward.
