I've got to give a shoutout to this company - My mom recently had a pipe that burst in her kitchen and was directed to this agency by her homeowner's insurance. The work they did was absolutely fabulous. They even showed up the day after the ice storm, when she was not expecting them to. They kept in constant contact with her and updated her throughout this whole process. Even as they were working, they would have her come in and make sure she was happy! My mom is retired and widowed, and you always worry about people taking advantage of people in these situations. Not with this company!! Even the dog loved them. Kudos to you Cruz Masters, I will recommend you to everyone!

Did not finish a job , took it upon themselves to “ credit” what they thought was appropriate and then re bill me. I never asked for a “credit” I asked for the job to be completed and was very patient with them ( waited months) , nor was the credit they gave reasonable for the job they still needed to finish. Then after waiting patiently and zero Contact from them aside from a random “final bill” ( which we all know is not paid until the JOB IS DONE) zero voicemails ( which yes, I CAN prove) THEY send me a certified letter stating they are putting a lien on my house for not paying a final bill! To clarify, during the final walkthrough, it was explained to me the $4500 I already paid was for the work already performed and the $1900 balance should be paid when they complete the job. Which makes sense . The job was NEVER COMPLETED They pretended they contacted me numerous times (once I got the certified letter I called to inquire what this was about ) what company supposedly trying to get a job set up doesn’t leave at least a voicemail to allow me to call back and set up the job? ( Verizon sends unknown numbers calling straight to my voicemail so that’s too easy )and I have their numbers programmed in my phone that we were using during business transactions ( IF THEY ACTUALLY CALLED THAT IS ) so yeah, here I am giving you a terrible review and sharing my experience with whoever cares to read it …. and by the way , it will cost way more than $200 supposed credit to my acct to Clean my carpets you trashed from my stairs to the back bedroom and to fix my light in my laundry room that was half way put up and crooked ( which I received no credit for, even thought it was documented on my final walkthrough ) . I hope your business fails because you don’t operate on the truth system like my morals do . Good riddance
