We contacted Kyle at Nicholas Design Build after an unfortunate leak caused major water damage in our master bathroom. Kyle stopped by that same afternoon. After meeting and discussing with Kyle we decided to hire NBD for a full remodel. From start to finish, we have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. The project has proceeded as scheduled, and we have had especially good interactions with everyone on the team. Additionally, communication throughout the project has been top notch with Kandis and Kyle giving us constant updates. Most importantly, they have made sure everything is absolutely perfect and no stone is left unturned. Our bathroom has turned out amazing and we absolutely love it! Kyle and Kandis make a great team at Nicholas Design Build and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful remodel done right!

I spent 4 years looking for the right company for a major addition and remodel to our home and Nicholas was worth the wait. From the first visit to the last day of construction, everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and kind. We lived in our home for the entire 6 month process of removing the roof, building a second story, and remodeling the downstairs to match. Every member of their crew came to feel like family and we sincerely miss them! Our work was completed about a year ago and I have reached out a handful of times for minor repairs and every time I call the problem is resolved in about a week. I can't say enough good things about this business and the wonderful people who work there. Jessica and Kelsey spent so many hours with me in their office, and at our home, and always with "assistance" from our kids and dogs. It was such a delight to embark on this huge project with people I sincerely enjoyed spending time with! My only complaint is now my house is so beautiful I don't need to hire them again.

We kinda felt like we were out of our league with the first class treatment and thoroughness during our final design meeting because they treated our smaller project like it was a big project and made us feel so cared for. Thank you for that guys!

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Nicholas Design Build! After experiencing a terrible house fire a few years ago, bad luck went to worse when we hired a restoration company that unfortunately left our home in an even bigger mess. Kyle and his incredible team came in and rebuilt our custom home to be even better than it was before the fire! As someone who has a passion for design and decor, our project manager and team at NDB worked closely with me every step of the way to make my dreams come to life! If you’re on the fence between Nicholas and other companies, go with Nicholas! Their work is impeccable and we are thrilled to be back in our beautiful home, thanks to them!

Nicholas Design Build was recommended to me after I was left in a real bind when another contractor quit on me in the middle of my full remodel project. Kyle came in and agreed to complete the project and was very up front with potential risks since they were tearing out work previously completed by the other contractor. The home was originally built in 1978 so we also did not know what was behind some of the walls. All of the staff was professional and fun to deal with. Although some of the work was already completed by the prior contractor, they had to do a LOT of re-work. I also worked with Laura to design and pick out selections for remodeling that was not started yet. It all turned out FANTASTIC. They helped me turn a really bad experience into a great one and I love my modern home! I would definitely use Nicholas Design Build again. They helped me when many other contractors didn't want to.
