M.L. Construction

We were very pleased with M.L. Construction. Reasonably priced and do excellent work. My 2 bathrooms were very outdated and in need of a complete remodel. Martin had some great suggestions and I was able to contact him easily when needed. I am especially pleased with my tub to shower conversion. It turned out beautiful, as did my 2nd bathroom. Thank you to Martin and his hard working crew of Fernando, Eric, Hector and Jorge. I highly recommend M.L. Construction and will definitely call Martin for any future projects. ~Luisa April 2025 Since our 2 bathroom remodel, I recently had my kitchen remodeled with new floors, cabinets, and countertops. I also had the fireplace remodeled. Again, very happy with the results. Many thanks to Martin, Martin Jr., and Steven for all their hard work. Thank You again ML Construction. ~Luisa

Martin and his team just finished the remodel of my bathroom. Hector did an amazing job on the tile. I am extremely happy with the result and I believe ML Construction is one of the best priced and most thorough remodel companies out there. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

My 2017 builder grade master en-suite was fine but I wanted to create a spa-like retreat on a modest budget lol. I received several quotes and in the end my husband (also in construction) felt confident in M.L. Construction (Martin). We were thrilled how quickly Martin had his team ready to start demo! Jose, foreman, and his crew worked long and hard to get my master bathroom en-suite done in 2weeks ( it took 2.5 weeks because they had to wait on material I ordered via online). Jose didn't let that slow him down he would adapt accordingly and always remained very pleasant & professional. In fact, his whole crew was just amazingly hard workers! My husband & I LOVE our master en-suite and we feel joyful walking into our own little retreat! I LOVE our curbless shower as well as our sleek shower enclosure! They did an AMAZING job on the herringbone pattern on the floor that just compliments my stand alone bathtub they installed. I want to say thank you to the crew because they were all such hard workers and polite! Sadly, during the time construction was going on ...my husbands mom passed away suddenly. M.L. Contruction finished the work they quoted us but my husband & I held off on crown moulding & painting (as you can see in pics). I will call Martin yet again once we are better.
