Overpriced and they don’t work with the HOA at all even though they say they do so I wouldn’t work with them again, lifetime warranty doesn’t matter when you can’t reach them once the work is done, my patio cover is still leaking when it rains and it been about 8 months and haven’t been able to get this simple thing fixed

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Originally they were hired to do an extension of pavers in my driveway. As you can see from the photo the compacting to place the pavers was not done correctly causing it to dip and lapse. Underneath the turf they installed they damaged pipes that had been shut off because the backyard was being built. Luckily enough I was blessed to have hired a great pool contractor who found these mistakes on time. They have come out 3 times to repair the initial contract and have failed to do so giving me the run around directly by their legal department representative Chriss and Tyler. Not completing the repairs on scheduled time that they selected to come out and do the work. They say till this day all repairs have been made as shown in the day photo you can see the rocks still not returned to its original place and the leak is still present. The backyard contract was terminated by myself because as shown these pipes were broken although they were ready to poor cement. This is a nightmare of a company who lacks credibility and hires third parties to complete the work that they originally get contracted to do. These third parties do not know what they are doing and work under Specialty builders License number. The workers even drink on sight while handling heavy duty equipment and although it was reported they continue to subcontract with the same people. Even after a written statement to end the contract they continue to harass me by showing up to my home unannounced threatening to lien my home and constantly taking photos of completed work by a DIFFERENT company as they are not fit to do this type of work. I will be executing my right to seek legal compensation for such damages and costs accrued. SAVE YOURSELF this NIGHTMARE.

Ben, Caroline and Kim were excellent! They listened to our ideas, gave theirs and our yards look so beautiful! This team explained the process with expertise. We did have a problem with one of the labor workers and these three handled it with professionalism to rectify the situation with no further issues. We highly recommend this company and this team. Our front and back yard were worth every penny!

I had an Amazing experience with this Specialty builders. From start to finish, very professional.
Isaac, my sales rep was amazing. He was not pushy and did not try to upsell me on things. He listened to what I wanted and gave me upfront and honest answers. He was very knowledgeable in the different projects that I wanted to do.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Ethan, The owner who I found to be an amazing person in general. He was very honest and upfront as well, which you don’t really see that much these days in construction companies.
Sol, my project manager was amazing as well, especially when it came to working with the finance companies and getting everything all set up. She always answered all my questions and was always super responsive.
I decided to go with two separate projects in several different areas of my property. Pavers in pool area and on back patio barbecue sitting area. All supplies were delivered within days. Total start to completion of pavers was three days. I have never had a company finish a job so fast. Andy and his crew did a beautiful job in a very timely fashion.
The second portion of my project was to have watering system and Bermuda grass installed in my Tortoise habitat. This is where I was very picky as most live grass is grown with chemicals, paints , Pesticides or has plastic integrated into it as a binding agent that is a (no go for tortoises who like to nibble and eat the grass) I needed 100% organic grass, Which is very difficult to find. So when the installer Miguel came to do the watering system, I went over with him all the special needs as to where the Bermuda grass would be safe for my pets. Miguel went above and beyond to find the perfect grass. Unfortunately, the distributor would not deliver to my location, so he went above and beyond and had all my materials delivered to his home and then transferred them to a trailer and brought them himself. I truly did appreciate that since my needs were so specific. Again, as with the first crew, everyone was very polite and friendly and super professional. This job also only took three days start to finish. I will definitely be using this company again for future projects and have already recommended them to other people.
