I honestly delegated much of the decision-making to my wife because she had a clearer vision and could steer us in the right direction. Nevertheless, Derek was instrumental in ensuring we had access to whatever type of material we wanted while importantly keeping us within budget.

He also recommended flipping the kitchen and dining room, which made the space much brighter and airier, allowing more light to enter by removing a wall. This is probably my favorite part of my apartment. Walking in and seeing the open concept dining area with clear, open views of the water. This would not have been possible without Derek's design recommendation and the considerable effort involved in executing the flip of the kitchen with the dining room.

The 3D rendering provided by Ross Brothers was incredibly valuable. Seeing how the project would look before construction began was a game-changer for us. Being able to visualize and fine-tune even the smallest details and it made the entire remodeling process smoother and more exciting.
