Wouldnt buy anything this company built. Their condos in Eagle Ridge are absolute disasters! I have never seen so many problems.
We were quoted a little job and emailed our agreeance for the work to be done within 24hr of the quote being delivered to us. A little kitchen/breakroom reno. From there, it was a one-way communication with us, ~bi-weekly, looking for updates on scheduling for 6 months with zero responses from the person responsible.We ended up emailing their owner, which surprise-surprise, brought on a response from the non-responsive construction manager. However, it was merely an email riddled with excuses about being too busy and not being able to respond for 6 months. Oh, and I forgot to mention, when they came over to measure things up in order to do the quote, they bragged about how communicative they are and how we will get constant updates. We now know that was a untrue and bogus claim. The message also included their reneging of the little project we needed done.Would not recommend, will never reach out to them again.
