Alliance Construction & Renovations Inc In Fort Myers

Working with Alliance construction and renovations inc. on my condo renovation has been a pleasure . It’s not easy to do a renovation when you live and operate from a different state but Alliance bent over backward to help with every issue that arose. Would highly recommend using Alliance to anyone looking for a firm that not only cares about your project but cares about your satisfaction every step of the way.

We recently completed a full kitchen and master bathroom remodel, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The design, communication, craftsmanship, and post-project support were all truly outstanding. From the initial consultation, the team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted—and even helped us refine ideas we weren’t quite sure how to articulate. Their design recommendations were thoughtful, modern, and tailored to the way we actually use our home. They offered smart suggestions that improved functionality without sacrificing style, and the final layout for both the kitchen and master bath is not only beautiful but incredibly practical. Throughout the remodel, communication was consistent and clear. We always knew what was happening, what the timeline looked like, and what to expect next. Any questions or concerns we raised—even the small ones—were addressed quickly and professionally. The team was respectful of our home, maintained a clean workspace, and made the renovation process as smooth as possible. The craftsmanship was top-notch. Every detail—from cabinetry and tilework to lighting and finishes—was completed with care and precision. It’s obvious they take great pride in their work, and it shows in every corner of the finished spaces. Our new kitchen feels like a completely transformed, high-end space, and the master bath now feels like a luxury spa. What impressed us just as much was the support after the project was complete. Even once the final walkthrough was done, they remained available for questions and minor adjustments. Their follow-through and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from other contractors we’ve worked with. It’s rare to find a company that stands by their work so strongly and continues to check in to ensure everything is perfect. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and grateful for the professionalism, creativity, and genuine care shown throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel. If you want a team that delivers exceptional design, quality workmanship, and true support—even after the job is done—this is the company to hire.
