We are very pleased in our experience with O'Neil Builders. Rob was willing to take on our smaller project of rebuilding our 1 bedroom condo after the previous contractor abandoned the project. O'Neil wasn't the cheapest option, but I'm glad we chose to go with them as the process and outcome was very good. Rob has restored out faith in contractors. There was good communication when it was needed and the project stayed mostly on track. When something unexpected happened, as it always does with construction, Rob was open and honest about what happened and made it right. Everything that was agreed upon was completed and we are very happy with quality of the work performed. I hope we don't have to do another hurricane rebuild, but when we do, I'm hopeful that we will be able to use O'Neil again.

We hired O’Neil Builders to do a full renovation of our two bedroom Gulf front condominium on Sanibel Island. Throughout the process, Rob and his crew were on top of everything, accessible, and flexible every step of the way. The finished product was top-notch and we were extremely pleased with our redesigned contemporary condominium. We won the lottery on hiring the absolute best contractor and team for our whole house remodel! Rob O’Neil hands down is the person you want to hire when planning a remodeling project. Our home was a complete gut job and build out. The creative team at O’Neil came up with a brilliant idea to add a full second floor to maximize square footage and when I say game changer, I mean absolute game changer! We were up north for most of the project, but communication between Rob, Adam, our project manager, and Jen, the designer, was amazing. From weekly calls with Adam, the buildertrend program that tracks spending and all the constant texts and emails back and forth, we were never at a loss for what was happening in our home. Responsive is an understatement regarding how quickly everyone responded to my questions or ideas. This project was actually fun from the selection process to the small details at the end. You really begin to feel like you are part of the O’Neil Industries’ family in the best way possible. Rob’s super calm demeanor and his thoroughness and attention to detail are off the charts! Our home went from being a 1990’s dated house to a home that is welcoming and one I’ve been told that belongs in a magazine! Do not hesitate at all if you are looking for the BEST contractor in SWFL! His name is Rob O’Neil and be sure to call him for your next project. Being from a construction background, my husband can be hard to please, but he agrees that Rob and the team did an awesome job and we are forever grateful for the best remodeling experience to date!
