Roberto was friendly and communicative, and all of the workers were kind, respectful and thorough. Roberto was on-site every day to check in with us and check in on the work to ensure everything went according to plan. We are so happy with the end result and absolutely love our beautiful new bathroom! We'll certainly be hiring RR improvement for future projects.

We had a great experience with our kitchen and first-floor remodel with Roberto and Rodrigo. From the very beginning, they were honest and transparent about pricing, which we really appreciated. They worked hard to stay within our budget and never made us feel like quality was being sacrificed. As with any remodel, a few unexpected issues popped up, but they were handled calmly and efficiently, with clear explanations and smart solutions every step of the way. Communication was easy and consistent, the crew was respectful of our home, and the workmanship is excellent. We’re absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a remodel.

Roberto was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the entire project. No matter how big, small, or even seemingly silly our requests were, he took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled exactly the way we hoped.

His team was professional, respectful, and a pleasure to have working in our home. They were mindful of our space, kept things organized, and left the area clean at the end of every single day, which we really appreciated. The project was completed in a time-effective manner without sacrificing quality, and the craftsmanship truly shows.
