They communicated with us throughout the project and stayed within their timelines. They cleaned up their work everyday they worked so was pleasantly surprised.they won't disappoint!

We used Fredenhagen Remodel to update our kitchen, which turned into most of the first floor! I had a lot of decorative touches that I wanted added to the project and Steven and team were patient and responsive to my needs. I loved how clean the crew was, since I have 2 dogs and 3 kids. I couldn't believe we could walk through the site every night after they left. Crew was polite and respectful, always closing the gate, and helping with extra projects. I do admit that the planning process was long, but that made the actual construction go very smoothly. Start to finish, we were around 3-4 months, which everyone couldn't believe given we took kitchen down to the studs, had some delays with my decorative touches, and added on several more rooms in the process. Fredenhagen has it's own crews, which is wonderful as they can be moved around to different sites. This was also crucial as some weather emergencies came up in different areas of the house and Steven insisted that his crews come over (within hours!) and help, vs. me waiting on my other service crews to find time for me. Including fixing the furnace at 6 pm the day before Thanksgiving!! People are amazed at the transformation of my house, using both my ideas and many good suggestions from Steven and team. I am so glad I found this team and am already planning my next project!

We used Fredenhagen Remodel & Design to finish our basement, also to relocate our lower level laundry up into our master closet and remodel our mudroom to create a seating area and additional storage. We had a wonderful experience working with Steven, his assistant Mariya and their entire crew. Our basement is gorgeous. Steven worked with us to create a design to match our industrial style and was very helpful as we made our design choices. We could not be happier with the end results.
Steven was on time to every planning meeting, and was onboard with our vision/style from the start. He had a lot of creative ideas for us, and helped us to incorporate barn wood from a family farm into our basement design. He was incredibly flexible with us as we made decisions and was quick to reply to questions as they came up. He has an eye for detail. Everyone that works for Steven and entered our home was extremely professional, punctual, and always left the work area very neat and tidy. We were nervous about beginning a large project and the idea of having so many people in and out of our home, but we ended up enjoying the experience because everyone was so great to work with. I would absolutely use Fredenhagen Remodel & Design for any future projects!
