All we can say is “JOB WELL DONE”! From the first day Bayram walked through to give us an estimate until the final walk through this whole experience has been a joy. Bayram and his crew were professional all around impeccable. Speaking of crew Heather (Project Designer) was a diamond in the rough. Her eye for details and color coordination made me feel like I was talking with my best friend, she kept me updated on everything. This team does everything pulling permits, inspections you name it and they took care of it. There high quality workmen ship was excellent, every detail from demolition to flooring and everything in between was completed with precision. When my husband took the final walk through all he kept saying was “this is a brand new basement” the look on his face was total amazement. We recently had our basement finished and are extremely pleased with the results. The quality of workmanship was exceptional, with impressive attention to detail. The construction team was friendly, professional, and highly attentive throughout the process.

We had a fantastic experience with Forte Construction on our full basement buildout for an in-law suite. From start to finish, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. Heather, Bayram, and Sondra were especially outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we felt supported and informed throughout the project.

The timeline of our project went as follows: Initial request for estimate and appointment: mid July 2023. Proposal received, signed and deposit paid - end of August 2023.

It took a little while for the project to move forward due to a backlog of existing jobs. The longest phase involved reviews, site visits, approvals, material selections, receiving materials, and securing county permit approval—all of which happened during the holiday season. Actual construction work started on February 20, 2024, and was completed by April 24, 2024.

The contractors were incredibly hardworking, often putting in long hours and weekends to keep things on track. Their dedication and attention to detail really showed in the final results.

One lesson we learned was the importance of thoroughly capturing the full project scope during the initial estimate. A few seemingly small items were missed early on, which led to some unexpected change order costs during construction. However, the team addressed these changes professionally and helped keep the project moving forward.

We’re thrilled with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Forte Construction to anyone looking for a dependable, quality-focused contractor. Thank you again to the entire team for your hard work and care!

We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Forte Construction, and the final result is truly a dream come true. The craftsmanship and quality of work are top-notch — every detail reflects our design and expert execution. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The construction team was PHENOMENAL. They were kind, courteous, and cleaned up every single day.

That said, there were a few tiny bumps along the way in terms of communication. At times, there was either a delay in updates or a lack of clarity, which we suspect may be due to the company’s rapid growth — a testament to the high demand for their excellent work. We paid our deposit in November 2024, and while work didn’t begin until late May 2025, once the project got underway, the transformation was worth the wait. I wouldn't knock off a star for this, it is just the reality of a fast growing business.

Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Forte Construction if you’re looking for quality, skilled work. Just be prepared that this is not an overnight process, there could possibly be delays and follow up regularly to stay in the loop. The end result will be worth it!
