Overall amazing experience and quality work. Michael, whom we originally met with for our walk-thru and estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. Our estimate, which is what we actually paid, was more that 20k less than what 3 other companies quoted us. Once they began our project, they hit the ground running. With Christmas & New Year holidays, and a period of winter weather, they still managed to finish within 2 months. Our project manager Benny was great. His communication and professionalism from start to finish was outstanding. We highly recommend Hivex to anyone looking to have their basement finished. You will not be disappointed. Project manager texted frequently w/updates & the 2 minor requests I made were handled promptly. I highly recommend HIVEX for basement remodel, and send special thanks to Benny, the project manager. From initial contact through all stages of work and right on through the completion of the project, their service was incredible and exactly as promised. They communicated constantly about the project and the very few concerns we had were addressed quickly and efficiently. We can’t recommend HIVEX strongly enough! Lastly, but significantly, they competed the work more quickly than they originally estimated.
