We recently had Benchmark Building and Renovations come into our home and gut it down the the studs, all new insulation, vapour barrier, drywall, trim, electrical, and paint. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. They also repaired our entry area, and build a small deck on the front. The Benchmark team were fantastic! The Benchmark crew has completed several smaller jobs for us within the last year. (Finally, taking the time to write a review.) We wanted 2 different TV walls in 2 separate spaces. One wall involved a larger space with a vaulted ceiling, so Mark and Kent suggested to position the ship lap vertically. It is an impressive focal wall. The other, was a smaller space between 2 windows. We are so pleased with the look of both of them. The other projects were to simply update our counter tops in 2 bathrooms and install a set of taps. Benchmark was open to our ideas and readily provided new ones. The workspace was always left clean and tidy.Thank-you, Benchmark, but we aren’t finished with our projects quite yet…… ??

Where to start. I couldn't be happier with my new two-story deck! The team at Benchmark was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. The quality of their work is exceptional, and the deck is even more beautiful than I imagined. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch deck builder. I will be contacting them again for future renovations.You absolutely get what you pay for. After asking for 2 separate quotes one composite and one timber. We settled on the timber to save on cost. In the end we paid 37.5k.
