We worked with Imagine on a project to remodel our old 1970s kitchen and living room. At our first meeting, we were impressed with how they actually listened to our ideas and worked with us on a vision. During the design process, the team helped guide us through all the tough decisions and helped ease our concerns. Once the project started, Tommy was THE man. No project goes without bumps, but Tommy was there to smooth things out and work with subcontractors to ensure a high level of standards. We’ve been enjoying our new kitchen and living room for the past several months and are extremely happy with the end result.

From the very beginning, Imagine Remodeling made sure we knew exactly what to expect at every stage of the process. We loved their insight and communication as we collaborated during our many meetings. From the initial contact, to the in-house design and material selection, all the way through the build, and even post-build, we felt involved and informed. Their designers worked closely with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted for my parents’ forever home, offering suggested layouts based on their experience and making every adjustment we requested. Their expertise in creating an ADA-compliant space was a real gift, offering us ideas and solutions we hadn’t even considered, resulting in a design both beautiful and functional. They also provided us with a detailed packet of floor plans and 3D drawings that we could reference throughout the build, which made it easy to visualize the final result and to stay on track. We especially appreciated their use of of bi-weekly progress photos and comments, along with an online portal that included a calendar detailing anticipated work as well as the work crews we could expect that day. This level of communication gave us complete confidence that our project was in good hands. Throughout the process, the whole team was considerate of my aging parents’ needs and respectful of the fact that they were still living in the home during construction. Every builder was professional, kind, and accommodating. Yes, they were pricey, but the end result justifies every penny. My parents now have a functional and beautiful bathroom, crafted with quality materials and attention to detail. You truly get what you pay for, and with Imagine Remodeling, that means detailed designs, expert craftsmanship, peace of mind, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

I was initially attracted to Imaging Remodeling (IR) because of their design and build concepts. I knew I wanted to remodel my kitchen and other living spaces, but I was unsure exactly what I wanted. Jason and the IR team prepared several design options for me and were very sensitive to my budgetary concerns. They also had 3-D renderings that made all their ideas come to life. Additionally, IR did a great job preparing me for the rigors of what a large scale project would be like. They warned me of initial excitement followed by what they called "remodeling fatigue." As the project has progressed, it's clear that their expertise and the subcontractors they use for the various parts of the job are what really set them apart. IR is consistently at my house ensuring that all plans are followed and the attention to detail is amazing. I cannot fathom how anyone remodels a house without a general contractor running the show. I highly recommend Imagine Remodeling. If you use them you will not be disappointed. When the project is finished, I will update this review with photos of the completed project. Updated Review As you can see from the photos, everything is completely done and looks amazing!! The cabinets are gorgeous and the tile backsplash really highlights the cabinets nicely. The peninsula adds so much space for cooking or serving. They removed and relocated a beam which made the whole area have a better esthetic flow. It turned out almost exactly like the 3-D renderings originally designed. I could not be happier with the end product. I intend to use Imagine Remodeling when I redo my bathrooms and master bedroom.

I first heard of Imagine Remodeling when they upgraded my neighbor’s master bath and I was so stunned at what a beautiful job it was. He said “they were the best”. I have since had the same experience. My master bath had an unsafe step down bathtub and was dark and cramped. The expert Imagine team came up with a design plan that knocked out a wall, made the entire area bright, spacious and totally accessible. Completely reimagined tile, flooring, lighting: the ultimate “age in place” project perfect for the mature client who wishes to stay in his home the rest of his life. All of this guided very competently by the Imagine team. They listened carefully to my preferences, were frank about the pricing and timeline of the project. Their predictions were essentially very accurate. It was pricey because I mainly chose pricey options and there were very few surprises. The project manager kept in close contact with me about the work and who was scheduled to arrive every day. The workmanship was all first rate. I have no buyer’s regret and pride in showing off the finished project. I was once introduced to a neighbor as “the guy with THAT bathroom!”

Harris Electric hired Imagine Remodeling to remodel our kitchen area. Removed and replaced all the old cabinetry, counters and appliances. The new cabinets, marble counters and new sink looks beautiful. They replaced the old appliances with our new appliances and everything fit perfectly. The new kitchen area looks totally different from the old kitchen, so much better. (The old kitchen area was very outdated). Imagine's personnel were very nice to work with.
