Worked with MB3 on my first home. I purchased it and met Will and his team who helped create the vision of my home. He was a good resource for brainstorming ideas and walking me through all the unknowns as a first time home buyer/project. He made an overwhelming experience straightforward and helped me navigate challenges that came up. I cannot say enough great things about MB3 construction and the work they did! I absolutely recommend them for any project. Their range is unmatched and there is no job that they can’t take on and execute masterfully. When relocating from out of state, we knew though we loved our soon to be new house, there were some key things we wanted to change before we moved in to the home. This included replacing all the floors, taking the stairs down to the studs and installing new wood stairs, and sealing off walls to create a better flow. We also had all of our carpeting and light fixtures replaced. Will came out immediately while we were in town to close on the house and listened to our needs and provided suggestions. Starting a project while you are out of state and working on a huge move is stressful! Will communicated with us frequently and sent plenty of pictures to put us at ease. He also offered design suggestions when we hit unexpected challenges. The work they did was wonderful and we couldn’t be happier. I plan on using them for any of our construction and luxury remodeling needs. You won’t be disappointed!
