My questions were addressed in a very timely manner from the time that we received our estimate until the project was complete. We couldn’t be more pleased with the master bathroom remodel that Red River did for us.
We are as laypeople as it gets when it comes to remodeling so, as our third quote, Joe from Red River was a very welcome person to fully explain expectations, offer his expert opinion, and describe in a very detailed way the work that Red River would do if we chose them. He instilled a lot of confidence in us regarding them doing the highest quality work and not cutting corners. Because of this and their competitive price we went with them.
Joe’s two main guys, Cody and Ben, were here every day. I estimate that the two of them did 95% of the work with only a plumber and shower glass guys being the only non-Red River employees who worked on our bathroom.
Cody is a very meticulous person and his communication was awesome. My wife loved him and told Joe that he must be fantastic in communicating with all the women of the house during their projects.
The quality of the work ended up being incredible. In the last 15 years we have had three major remodeling projects and with the first two I saw some things that ended up disappointing me in the quality of the work or me regretting the decision to go with a company. Not even a little bit with Red River Renovations. We will use them again and we highly recommend.
I posted some pics. The only thing that is original are the mirrors, otherwise they changed everything else. We had no intention of replacing our vanities, but Joe gave that as an option and the price was very reasonable. So glad we did. High quality work!

We recently used Red River Renovations for two major projects—our master bathroom renovation in August and a full kitchen remodel in November—and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Joe made the entire process easy from the start. We told him what we wanted, and he offered solid recommendations that really helped shape the final outcome. He kept us on track by letting us know exactly what we needed to purchase and when it would be required for each phase.

His team—Cody and Ben—were polite, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. Both projects were finished on time, and the kitchen was actually completed two days ahead of schedule. Cody kept us updated throughout the process and always made sure we knew what materials were needed next, whether it was tile, stone, backsplash, the bathtub, or anything else.

The quality of their work speaks for itself, and the experience from start to finish was smooth and and as stress-free as possible given the project size. Highly recommend Red River Renovations!

Red River Renovations did a full custom remodel of our master bathroom, along with re-tiling the closet. We were so impressed, we plan on using them again when we're ready to do the kitchen.

Cody and Ben did amazing work. They were professional, friendly, respectful, and tidy. They communicated with me clearly and consistently throughout the project. They were able to answer questions and offer suggestions for design and materials. Joe's pricing was up-front and transparent, with no surprises.

Normally, big projects like this stress me out. We've had major work done to the roof, siding, windows, attic, etc., and I always have to be on site the majority of the time to make sure the crew aren't cutting corners. Not so with Cody and Ben. They were honest and hard working throughout the project, and their attention to detail was impressive.

Red River Renovations only take on one project at a time, so we had Cody and Ben's full attention. From the demolition, to framing the shower wall, to cutting/placing tile, to painting, everything was done by Cody or Ben. I never saw a new/unfamiliar face show up at the door apart from the plumber and countertop/glass delivery crew.

We were also impressed by how quick and efficient Cody and Ben's work was. In our case, the bathroom and closet were done in just under 3 weeks.
