My wife and I came from out of state to met Shawn at our property in 2022 and discussed building a detached garage with apartment. The remote build was terrific. The planning was done online and frequent uploads of pictures let us see the progress. When we finally got to see the property in person, we were delighted with the quality of the build. We were so pleased with Golden Hammer that we had them build our house, which we moved into the following year. Having lived in the house about 9 months, we continue to be amazed at the attention to detail and quality of work done by the subcontractors they hired and supervised. We highly recommend them for your next project.

Our project manager was helpful throughout it all and made sure that there were no delays. The quality of construction is wonderful and they paid great attention to detail and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We absolutely love our new sun room!
