We had a slab leak that caused extensive water damage in our home. The plumber recommended we call Maven Construction to begin water mitigation. They arrived immediately. They were absolutely professional, courteous, and kept the areas of work as clean and orderly as possible. We expressed angst about the number of people that needed to come into the house to complete work as we had concerns about the spread of COVID. The project manager took this into consideration and communicated to all contractors to wear masks while working. When we had another significant issue arise, we were able to speak directly with the owner. He offered to meet with us in person. It was great to meet with him, and he alleviated our concerns and emphasized that he puts the satisfaction of his customers first. We were very pleased with the quality and care of the work done to restore our home. I highly recommend Maven for your water mitigation and construction needs.
Cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with our project manager Kyle Martin and the rest of the Maven team after a sink pipe break and subsequent flooding in our kitchen. Although the dry-out and repair process took about 2 months to complete, Kyle kept us informed every step of the way and went over and above to promptly address every one of our major and minor concerns/questions. He truly was a concerned and competent professional in every way and both he and Leith did an amazing job coordinating with us, numerous sub-contractors, and our insurance company. We highly recommend this company and feel very fortunate to have found them! They are simply “too-notch.”
