From the very beginning, Sergio stood out with his meticulous attention to detail, honesty, and transparency. During our initial walkthrough, he not only surveyed the project thoroughly but also identified potential issues and explained them clearly, patiently answering my many questions. Unlike other contractors who focused on upselling, Sergio genuinely listened to what we wanted and offered thoughtful, practical recommendations.

His estimate and scope of work were clear, detailed, and fair, and he worked closely with us to ensure we felt completely comfortable with the plan. Once we confirmed, he provided a detailed schedule outlining the work process and payment milestones. The care and clarity Sergio brought to this phase gave us immense confidence moving forward.

OSH Construction's work ethic and commitment to quality are truly next level. Every day, Sergio provided updates on what had been accomplished, what was planned for the next day, and addressed any concerns we had with quick and clear communication. His crew arrived punctually (usually around 7:30-8:30) and treated our home with incredible respect.

Because it was a partial remodel and we were still living in the house, they carefully protected our spaces, laying down canvas and plastic to keep the area clean and dust-free. At the end of each day, they cleaned up so thoroughly that it hardly felt like construction was happening at all.

Despite his busy schedule, Sergio made it a priority to visit our project multiple times a week, walking through progress with me personally and ensuring everything stayed on track.

Partway through the project, we realized that Sergio had underbid on one of the line items--something we were able to confirm by comparing with other estimates we'd received. His response speaks volumes about his character and integrity. Although I offered to pay the difference because I was so impressed with the quality of their work, Sergio insisted, "not a penny."

Sergio's honesty carried through to the end of the project. While we didn't follow the schedule perfectly, he honored the original payment timeline without hesitation.

Sergio's team is exceptionally skilled and hardworking. When unforeseen issues arose--such as mold and termite damage--they were immediately communicated to us. Sergio assessed the situation in person and provided thoughtful recommendations. He walked us through our options and gave us space to make decisions without ever rushing or pressuring us.

A huge shoutout to Imanol, Estachio, and the rest of the crew for their kindness, patience, and expertise. Living in the house during the remodel was challenging, but they went out of their way to be accommodating, helpful, and considerate every step of the way.

Special recognition goes to Susano, the tile master, whose 20+ years of expertise shine in the incredible tiling work. Our tiles are flawless and a true testament to his craftsmanship.

Sergio and his team consistently exceeded expectations. Whether it was fixing hidden issues that were discovered along the way, going outside the original scope of the project to make sure everything looked perfect, or maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout, they went the extra mile to take care of us and our home.

Absolutely amazing service from Sergio and his team. Construction can be stressful but he and his team are always on time and always through and clean. I had a complete kitchen remodel as well as bathroom remodel done and I’m so happy with the outcome. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors.

Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time.

I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation.

I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.
