We are absolutely thrilled with the results of the remodel that Capital Mark did for us! My husband and I wanted to update our home for years, but we were afraid to start the process because of horror stories we’d heard about bad remodel experiences. So imagine our excitement when not one, but two people we knew recommended Capital Mark to us!

When Kyle came to view our home and discuss the work we wanted done, we were blown away by his expertise. His ballpark estimate from that initial meeting was very accurate.

Capital Mark renovated our kitchen and 3 bathrooms (including Master bath), updated our fireplace, and created sliding exterior doors where we previously had windows. We also did new flooring throughout most of our home and painted the entire interior. We feel like we have a new house! It’s beautiful and everything we had hoped for.

Kyle has a brilliant process in place for his remodels, which helps us homeowners stay on budget and keeps the construction process on time. He finished A WEEK EARLY! What other contractor can say that? This is thanks to Kyle and his team’s amazing work ethic, as well as Capital Mark’s organization and efficiency.

Capital Mark has a great team you will work with. Sarah, the designer, is knowledgeable and will guide you through the design process, which is so helpful. For day-to-day questions and concerns, you will work with David, the project manager, who is helpful and a pleasure to work with. John, who handles electrical and plumbing, is also helpful and knowledgeable- he patiently discussed questions I had and showed me the ins and outs of our new kitchen. The demo and cabinet team, led by Dustin, were a lot of fun and so great with my high-energy kiddos (in addition to being awesome at their jobs)! Every tradesperson I encountered was respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

All in all, if you’ve been hesitating to start a remodel project because you’re nervous it will take longer than estimated or go over budget, then look no further than Capital Mark. Your job will be finished on time and you won’t be disappointed! :)

We recently used Capital Mark Interiors for a 5 bathroom remodel. One master bath and 4 other full size bathrooms. Tubs removed, tiled showers, cabinets, lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, new bathtub. Complete remodel done while we were in another state. We couldn’t be happier with the finished job. Kyle and his team were amazing to work with!! We got videos almost everyday with progress updates and if we needed to weigh in on a decision we would FaceTime. We felt complete confidence in Capital Mark Interiors even though we were not able to check on the project. They gave us a detailed time line and started and finished the job exactly when they said they would. I would highly recommend them and would 100% use them for any other remodel jobs.

The team at Capital Markets Interiors took our dream of an open floor plan with lots of space for multiple cooks in the kitchen and our need for more cupboard space and turned our home into the place it was always meant to be. They gave us a daily schedule and even finished the job early and on budget.

Their designer was incredible. She made us detailed diagrams and thought of touches that added grace, intelligence and functionality. The on-site team was caring and true craftsmen at their jobs. We were sent frequent updates and felt great confidence in the entire project.
