I had an excellent experience with Prudential Construction! I had an old style 1974 kitchen with popcorn ceilings and everything. Mike helped me come up with some design ideas. They were insightful with the coloring and how to get me more room in the kitchen. Kristen made sure everything stayed on time and communicated any change that came up! I’d strongly recommend them!
Mike and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and very diverse in their skill set. I met with other contractors to complete my projects and Prudential was a one stop shop. Happy with my decision to use them on several projects around my house and they will continue to be my go to.
Prudential did such an amazing transformation of my kitchen! Knocked down load bearing walls and created new, longer supports to open up the rooms. The work they did on the Tuscan arches was flawless with such wide spans. We totally rearranged the kitchen design and it came out absolutely beautiful. They created artificial walls of sturdy plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. They were prompt, courteous, hard-working, and their attention to detail was second to none. Can't say enough good things...
Mike and Prudential were great to work with! We sat down and had a big picture vision but as my ideas changed they were able to adjust on the fly and accommodate our wishes. They did a buildout for us and we’re coming up on 10 years- all the work they did has been great!
I hired Prudential construction to redo 2 bathrooms, kitchen cabinets & backsplash, and install new carpet in a new purchased townhome. The project manager, Kristen, met me at the residence and thoroughly walked the house while asking questions and providing design suggestions that I hadn't thought of. You could definitely tell she knew her stuff.Once demo began, the project moved along seamlessly. Michael, who I believe is the owner, stopped by on several occasions to ensure the job was progressing as promised. The project was completed on time and stayed within the promised budget. I couldn't be more happy with the workmanship and professionalism that Prudential provided. I have recommended Prudential to many others and continue to hear how happy they have been with their quality of work.
