We started to look into converting our two car garage into an ADU some times last year. I knew of friends who did that and were making good money so we started to interview different companies. Out of the 4 companies we talked to Levet stood out the most. They seemed much more professional than the others and seemed to have done a bunch of them already. They promised a no headache process to include everything from A to Z. We had some bumps with the city taking long with covid but their Architect kept on following up and got our permits rather quickly. From there I was pretty happy with the process. The crew were nice and courteous and to my surprise Levet actually got the job done exactly at the number they promised which is a pleasant surprise to see with contractors these days and it is also the main reason I’m writing this review. I’d definitely recommend them and have done so already to a couple of friends who were impressed with the work.
My family and I just got our ADU done by Levet, we're super stoked with the results. Not only did it add square footage to our house, but we now have a whole extra one bed/bath space to rent out and pay off our mortgage! They took care of everything without any interruptions or headaches. Levet is the way to go!
