Sterling Homes is an outstanding contractor to work with. Nick was incredibly thorough, attentive, and responsive throughout our project. He pays particular attention both to the big and the small aesthetic and functional details, all in order to ensure the demolition is accomplished correctly, the construction is well done, and the final finishing is exactly what the client desires. Any remodeling project creates stress and upheaval, but Nick’s uncommonly good attention to detail and follow-through - throughout the process - minimizes client stress and frustration. In addition, the subcontractors he selects are on par with his level,of performance - each was equally professional. We could not be happier with our results. Bottom line: first class, five stars - and highly recommended.
Bernie and Nick hired our Refinishing company to do a repair on a bathtub. This job was completed back in May and we keep getting the run around and same excuse as to when they are going to pay . Nick always says that they will take care of this and gives a date but never pays . From the sounds of another review he is hiring us subcontractors to do the work, but doesn’t pay . Worst company we have been hired by .
Overall our experience was wonderful! Our total remodel was done relatively smoothly with the only hiccup being the electrician but in the end Nick made it right????We love our “new” home and would recommend Nick at Sterling Homes !!! Thanks Nick!
Nick and his team are top notch. They remodeled our entire home. First of all, the communication process was exemplary. The team thoroughly explained the entire process. They say what they do and do what they say. They were punctual throughout the entire remodel. Nick coordinated the entire job flawlessly. The contractors were on time and did a 5 star job. Once the remodel was complete, Nick and his team did a thorough walk through to make sure everything was perfect. I will most definitely recommend Sterling to anyone looking to remodel.
Nick designed and remodeled a next-generation area for our Father, complete with kitchen, new doors, flooring, plumbing, and electrical. He also did some add-on work, such as: installing ceiling fans and relocating a bedroom door. He was timely, professional, and communicated with us continuously. We highly recommend him!
