Sterling Homes is an outstanding contractor to work with. Nick was incredibly thorough, attentive, and responsive throughout our project. He pays particular attention both to the big and the small aesthetic and functional details, all in order to ensure the demolition is accomplished correctly, the construction is well done, and the final finishing is exactly what the client desires. Any remodeling project creates stress and upheaval, but Nick’s uncommonly good attention to detail and follow-through - throughout the process - minimizes client stress and frustration. In addition, the subcontractors he selects are on par with his level,of performance - each was equally professional. We could not be happier with our results. Bottom line: first class, five stars - and highly recommended.

They say what they do and do what they say. They were punctual throughout the entire remodel. Nick coordinated the entire job flawlessly. The contractors were on time and did a 5 star job. Once the remodel was complete, Nick and his team did a thorough walk through to make sure everything was perfect. I will most definitely recommend Sterling to anyone looking to remodel.
