Reviews show a mix of experiences. Several older reviews praise room additions, kitchen remodeling, punctuality, and courteous crews. One recent review reports issues on permit-related work and concerns with electrical and plumbing quality, noting rework was required. Prospective customers often highlight communication and scope clarity as important during planning.

Good handyman for carpentry. Nice guy.
But, not for jobs that need permits and inspections. Had to redo a lot of the work Rod and his one young worker did. Electric work was not even close to code and same with plumbing. Burned me for at least $10k, maybe more. GFI in bathroom not separate and wrong gauge wire for instance. Outlets and plugs wired very poorly. Had to pay to redo the entire electrical they did. Had to rip out plumbing for new bathroom. Venting incorrect. Drain for sink at wrong height. Supply wrong size pipe. Work around water heater was installed unprofessionally.
Put in a new toilet upstairs that ruined my dining room below.
Put in a shed in the Oncor easement by over a foot.
Messy work site and crap piled everywhere. I had to keep my remodel cleaned up myself.
Took the loss and fired him thank god!!!
Used his own name and wife for two of the business reviews! Address listed for the business is actually the bank nearby.
