Can't say enough about how well Eastown did this project for us. I've done a lot of projects at multiple houses I've owned, and have interacted with dozens of contractors and businesses over the last 15 years and this has been one of my top experiences. Particularly challenging project this time with so many rules and permits for the city and the historical society for our historical home in Grand Rapids. From initial quote, to filling out permits, to arranging work days, etc. the front office staff and Brad were great to work with at every step. The carpenters/workers showed up on-time (technically actually early), worked all day, kept us informed along the way, and managed to cut a huge hole in the wall and install antique doors with a custom frame all with us living in the home and not really disrupting our daily lives. As with any project minor things came up, and Eastown handled it right away, were over the top kind, and above all else were open, honest, and transparent about every detail. I was excited to work with them at the start, and am very pleased at the end of the project to have chosen to work with them. Great company, high levels of craftsmanship, and also lots of integrity. When the need arises, they will be the first call I make for any future projects to see if they can work with me again. Thank you Eastown, and especially thank you to Brad and Jack!
Brad did an excellent job in answering questions and detailing out the project for us. The crew were hard workers and good communicators. We had to have the front of our house removed and replaced (stone, siding, wood) due to water damage. I highly recommend this company for any sort of home construction!
