Matrix did an amazing job remodeling our entire basement. (Consultation, design, CAD drawing, construction, enjoy)
Everyone on the Matrix team was responsive and diligent in making our dream basement a reality. We added a bedroom, designated office, full bath, home gym, laundry room and entertainment area.
We chose between several available options of cabinets, countertops, flooring and fixtures. We also had some custom work done. We purchased the materials and Matrix installed. We were able to complete the project on budget except for a couple things we chose to add on and finished within the time frame quoted.
I would like to thank Chad (Owner), Ivan (Project Manager) and the rest of the Matrix team for making our remodel stress free, functional and beautiful.

We are beyond satisfied and happy with our newly finished basement! It’s always been a dream for our family to have a finished basement in our home as we have never had one from our previous homes. Thinking of trying to find different contractors to work on different things for us, the thought of it seemed impossible with our busy schedules. Getting a door ad from Matrix was such good timing & an instant solution to our problem. From the very first call made to schedule a consultation to the actual consultation meeting, everyone at Matrix has been delightful to work with! They truly cared about our schedule and made sure to work with us constantly on it.

The best part of our experience was our coordinator, Ivan P! He literally held our hand through the entire process. Even moving around schedules to work with ours. I could always count on him to respond in a timely manner and answer my many questions and address our concerns. If there was something that needed to be fixed, we always saw him show up instantly to make sure it was taken care of. We had a little hiccup with the shower panels we ordered and the contractor they had was very honest with us and wanted to make sure that he set up quality work for us, even their 1 hour drive to our home, he suggested that he would wait for our re-order and just come back.

What a great experience! It truly feels like another new home for us. Their work is impeccable and their shining customer service with their entire team is what made it all worth it to us. Thank you, Matrix!
