For the size of the building their work was done in a very timely matter. The building looks absolutely amazing! The colours they picked are perfect. They replaced railings with good solid material. They worked between hours that was appropriate as to not bother tenants. They have very hard workers as well. Super impressed with the company.

I was so impressed with T-West. They did an amazing job on the building that I live in. In just a matter of a couple of months they gave it a whole facelift. They took down all the balcony railings and sandblasted them and gave them a nice new paint job. (I was so happy they did this as they are solid steel railings). They repaired and replaced all the balcony flooring. As well as put nice new trim around the balconies. They gave the whole building a nice new paint job. As well as replaced the down spouts and a whole lot of the trim and flashing around the building.They kept their work spaces clean and well marked off. They were always friendly any time I spoke with anyone who was there working.The building looks great and I love going out on my deck again.
