We have a rather unique story... After 11 months of setbacks PRIOR to meeting Bay Lakes, we started back at square 1; through many recommendations, we gave Paul a call.
From the initial meeting with Paul and Dawn, we knew they had a passion for custom homes and they made us feel like we were their number one priority.
They sat with us and listened to our story. They knew we were heartbroken and desperate to find a way to build our dream home on our dream property we had purchased.
They took notes about our wishes and we looked over different plans that would fit not only our budget, but our lifestyle and our family.
I think the piece that impressed us the most was there weren't any surprises - we knew exactly what we were paying for from start to finish. The way they broke down the contract and what we could expect along the way made it so easy to understand.
We were introduced to their awesome team and each of their specific roles. This was so helpful because whenever we had a question, we knew exactly who to reach out to. Everyone was always so kind and knowledgeable.
Going to each showroom was a blast!! Some appointments were set up for us and magically each person we met knew all the details about our specific plan. The showroom experts explained which selections were in our budget and which were not; giving us options to increase or save in certain areas.
They would then connect with the Bay Lakes team about our decisions and completely took the pressure and stress off of us. How convenient!!
