We purchased our home in 2019 knowing that the master bathroom would have to be completely redone. After some research, we found Richard and have been working with him ever since. In the 7 years we’ve lived in our home, Richard and his team have helped us with plumbing, flooring, knocking down walls, roof leaks, and a kitchen remodel, among many other projects. Richard is very transparent, approachable and a fantastic project manager, communicating with his clients regularly throughout each project. In times we’ve had plumbing or electrical emergencies outside of a renovation project, Richard and his team are always there to support us. Remodel Greensboro has done a couple of projects for me. They took down a wall and most recently built me a gorgeous screened porch. Richard Hodges is knowledgeable and very professional. He listens and offers suggestions but never assumes he knows what your vision is. The quality of his work is outstanding. Jason and Stewart who built my porch were excellent. And at the end of every work day they swept and cleaned up which is important to a homeowner. I can’t think of a single negative comment about Richard and Remodel Greensboro. Remodel Greensboro is truly a one-of-a-kind company that will listen to your vision for your home and bring it to reality.We approached Richard and his team about a major kitchen renovation that included a complete, down to the studs, overhaul of our kitchen. This included taking down supporting walls, designing a custom cabinet layout, custom countertops, rethinking the location of each of our appliances, designing a new pantry, installing new lighting fixtures/recessed lighting, installing shiplap on our walls, installing multiple new doors, moving our entire fuse box, and plenty more items that are too long to list here. This was a massive project that required lots of planning and communication ahead of and during the process. Richard was always calling/emailing/texting to give me updates on what they were working on and what they needed from me to keep moving the project forward.I cannot imagine doing this project with anybody else other than Richard and his steam (especially Stew!). I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to remodel, and I hope to work with them again on future projects in our home.
