Universal Remodel Inc. helped me from start to finish (from A to Z) with no unexpected extra costs.
I had a serious issue caused by a broken pipe in my basement, and the work was completed as part of an insurance claim. Universal Remodel handled the entire process, including communication and coordination with the insurance company, which made everything much easier for me.

Due to the extent of the damage, they essentially renovated the entire basement. They completed the mitigation and drying process, safely removed affected materials (including asbestos), and installed new flooring, cabinets, paint, and a complete drop ceiling.

They also carefully packed all of my belongings, stored them in a container, and then returned everything to its place. I didn’t have to worry about anything—they managed the entire project in a professional and organized manner.

It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend them if you have property damage or are planning a remodel.

Gustavo provided great customer service. We found a water leak over a year after the project was complete and Gustavo honored his warranty. He investigated the source and found an issue in the shower pan waterproofing. They replaced the pan and tile as soon as possible. I greatly appreciate their commitment to quality and customer service. I will recommend Universal Remodel to anyone who needs construction services in the Triad area.
