We just finished an addition on our home with M2 and truly have nothing but great things to say about the experience.

From the beginning, Matt was incredibly patient while we went back and forth on the design. He understood that this is our forever home and took the time to make adjustments while we figured out exactly what we wanted. He also helped guide us in areas we weren’t familiar with and was always willing to answer our many questions.

Once construction started, the entire team was fantastic. The site was kept clean, and everyone was respectful and considerate, especially since we were living on the property during the build. We worked closely with Corey and Brendan, and they were both amazing- super responsive, helpful, and always happy to offer advice or talk things through.

M2 really went above and beyond our expectations. The project was finished ahead of schedule, and the quality of the work and attention to detail are outstanding. We’re so happy with how everything turned out.

From start to finish, M2 runs a professional and thoughtful operation. Whether it’s a small project or a large one, they clearly care about their work and their clients. We recommend them to anyone who asks.

As a residential design professional, I’ve worked with M2 Contractors on a number of residential projects over the years, and they have been instrumental in bringing some truly exceptional homes to life.

Their standard of workmanship is outstanding. There is a level of precision and refinement in their builds that consistently elevates the final result. They understand how critical the details are — the subtle alignments, material transitions, millwork proportions — and they execute them with care and intention. The quality of their work is exceptional.

What I also deeply appreciate is how much they care about the people they are building for. They approach their clients with attentiveness and respect, and there is a genuine desire to deliver something that will endure — not just structurally, but experientially.

Even though we were living abroad for most of the renovation, we always felt we were in safe hands with M2. M2 Contractors (Matt & Matt) did an amazing job on our main floor renovation and new kitchen. It exceeded our expectations and vision! The careful and competent work at each stage of the project was impressive, and the quality of the final product is excellent. Matt and Matt, the lead teams, and sub-contractors were all polite, friendly and very skilled in their work. M2 kept to the timeline throughout the project and completed this major renovation in the promised eight weeks. We were kept up to date and involved in the process by communicating through their software program, emails, texts and on-site chats. Once the budget was agreed upon, they kept to it, and even included some extras. We are more than pleased with the experience we had with M2 and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Matt and Matt, and your team!
