Blueprint built us our forever home in Halifax. Though the entire project they were professional, transparent and took obvious pride in their work. Since completion of the project they have continued to provide top notch support dealing with the small issues that have come up. They are not an inexpensive builder, but as most things in life you get what you pay for and we are very happy with our investment.

I agree with the previous reviews: Blueprint Construction truly deserves more than 5 stars! Saying I was thoroughly impressed doesn’t even begin to cover it. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had Blueprint build my home in Nova Scotia. From start to finish, their commitment to quality and craftsmanship was evident in every detail. The home they built for me exceeded all expectations. The quality of the materials used and the attention to detail in the construction were truly remarkable. Each element of the design was executed with precision, and the finished product showcases an incredible level of skill and dedication. What stood out the most was the company's unwavering focus on delivering a top-notch product. It’s clear that Blueprint takes great pride in their work and strives for excellence in every project they undertake. They were consistently transparent, professional, organized, and remarkably patient. Every single member of their team was fantastic to work with. The weekly updates were quite effective—every Monday, Ricardo provided a detailed overview of the past week’s work, complete with photos and an overview of what to expect the following week. In addition to these weekly reports, Blueprint was always accessible by email or phone to answer any questions I had (... and had many). From the beginning of the build, they made me feel at ease with the entire process, demonstrating exceptional customer service with thorough budgets, meticulous attention to detail, and a very personal interest in my build. Blueprint Construction definitely deserves more than 5 stars. They are an amazing team and we would 100% recommend them. They built us a new oceanfront home in Nova Scotia while we were living in Ontario. This team shines when it comes to the two main things you care about when building a home: client service and finished product. Client Service: Blueprint could teach a Masterclass on client service. Not only was every member of the team excellent to work with (these are genuinely wonderful people!) but their system of regularly scheduled updates is amazing. Every Monday, we received a detailed overview of work completed the previous week along with photos and a summary of the work coming up for that week. Aside from the weekly report, Blueprint was also always available by email or phone. From the very beginning, Blueprint demonstrated excellent client service with detailed budgets and timelines. Finished Product: The finished product is perfection. Blueprint delivered us exactly what we dreamed of in a coastal home. The quality of the build shines.

Blueprint Construction deserves more than five stars in this review. They built our new home for us in Nova Scotia while we were in Saskatchewan. During the build, COVID 19 hit and we were restricted from travelling. We were not able to come out and see the progress or choose fixtures, flooring, etc. We can't imagine this build progressing like it did with a company other than Blueprint Construction. Not only did we receive full weekly updates with pictures and details of work completed and work planned, but we were included in every decision made onsite. We relied heavily on their professional suggestions and responsive communications and developed a relationship of confidence and trust. Blueprint went above and beyond for us accommodating our distance with virtual onsite visits and initiating zoom meeting with local suppliers. All of the sub trades that Blueprint contracts reflect the work ethic of the company which is to build homes using quality craftsmanship. This is our dream home.We could not have accomplished that without builders who shared that dream.

The entire experience with Blueprint Construction has been positive from start to finish. Corey and Daniel were transparent, professional and their team worked to ensure we understood all aspects of our project, including costs and the implications of changes we made along the way. We would definitely recommend Blueprint Construction to anyone who is considering a major renovation. Our project was substantial and everything turned out great. The work done was professional and of high quality. Their sub-trades used for certain aspects of the renovation were also excellent. Feedback from family and friends has been fantastic. The communication throughout the process was clear, timely and helped ensure the project flowed smoothly. Weekly updates with pictures helped keep us abreast of progress even when we could not be personally present at our home.
