Excellent experience working with the team! We had been debating for a couple of years whether to sell and buy a bigger property somewhere else or to do a full house reno since we really like the area where we live and realistically with the house prices nowadays, renovating was our best bet. As we met with a few contractors for an initial consultation, Natanael was our choice from day one. He not only understood the concept of what we wanted but also presented us a smooth renovation process plan. Initially we where thinking of just add a second floor to our bungalow with a bathroom and two bedrooms but we ended up redesigning our entire main floor which included a wider kitchen with lots of storage, dining area, a new powder room which we did not have and a very spacious brand new living room as well as two bathrooms and three bedrooms as part of the new addition. Within the same week, we also met with the team’s engineer who took care of drawings as well as the city permit process. Our renovation lasted about 10 month, and we must say that there were not major issues, we had an open and great communication during the process with the team. One of the things we liked the most is that Natanael was always available answer for all our questions regardless the time. We absolutely love how our house looks now and of course all the new extra space! Thank you again to the wonderful team for all the hard work, we definitely recommend them.

We previously hired his team for my previous home and he definitely didn’t disappoint in my new condo.. Punctual. Professional. Honest. Are some of the words describe the company. We decided to gut the condo and redo it all. It was a terrible design we didn’t like and it was dated. Nathaneil answered all my questions . And was extremely helpful in maximizing the space we had to work with . His crew was diligent working within the condo guidelines and was clean and professional . Pictures say it all . Let me start by saying. If I could give a million stars I would. From the start..Nathaniel was upfront. Honest and extremely helpful. I had decided to hire Nathaniel and his crew for a compete reno of my upper floor in my home. Including bathrooms and bedrooms. His crew was punctual EVERY SINGLE DAY. They were clean as we were still living in the home during the reno. Nathaniel answered my 1000s of questions I had before and during the reno with extreme professionalism. Even when I added more renos to be done to repair a previous shoddy contractors mistake. Nathaniel took on the additional work and made it right. We couldn't be happier.
