Zzone Homes Inc

My parents worked with Zzone Homes on a full main-level renovation and a legal basement apartment in our home in Burlington, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Marco and his team were incredible from day one. The design and planning process was way more in-depth than we expected—in a good way. The 3D designs and visualizations made everything super clear before anything even started, which made decisions easy and actually fun. Being able to see the space come together ahead of time took a lot of stress out of the process. The basement apartment I’m moving into turned out amazing. It’s not just “nice for a basement”—it feels like a real, well-designed living space. Everything flows, the finishes are solid, and you can tell a lot of thought went into how it would actually be used day to day. Marco was always available, transparent, and genuinely cared about getting things right. The whole team was professional, organized, and respectful of our home throughout the build. If you’re looking for a company that actually puts time into design, thinks through the details, and makes the renovation process smooth, Zzone Homes is 100% worth it. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Working with Zzone Homes on our kitchen design has been awesome. Their 3D design center is unreal — super interactive and it makes the whole process so much clearer. I’ve been in the kitchen industry for over 10 years and I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. Being able to review the layout, flow, and details in real time is a game changer. I had the pleasure to coordinate with Marco, Dan, and the whole team — great people, great communication, and the quality/customization they offer is top tier. Highly recommend Zzone Homes if you want a kitchen that’s actually planned properly and built right.

We recently had Zzone Homes renovate my parents’ kitchen in Hamilton, and the transformation is unbelievable. They did a full gut, removed a load-bearing wall, and completely opened up the main floor. The space feels twice the size now. Marco’s technical knowledge was on another level; he walked us through every step, explained the structural work in a way we could actually understand, and made us feel confident from day one. Sonya’s design touch pulled everything together perfectly. The finishes, the layout, the lighting… everything feels intentional and customized for our family. The project turned out better than I ever imagined. My parents are thrilled, and we honestly can’t wait to spend time together over the holidays in the new open-concept space. Huge thank you to the whole Zzone Homes team for making this happen. Highly recommend.

We are thrilled with the renovation of our laundry room done by Zzone Homes. Sonya's work as a designer is spectacular and she is truly their secret weapon. In terms of execution, Marco's team completed all of the work in a way that was beautiful, precise and functional. As an added bonus, we loved every single worker who came to the house. Highly recommend.

After hiring many contractors for projects in the past, and having terrible experiences, we hired Zzone Homes to renovate our ensuite bathroom. We went into the project with hesitation and trust issues, but in the end, we were extremely happy with the results! Our contractors at Zzone Homes were ALL top notch and working with Marco throughout the project was a pleasure. Truly took the stress part of it away with the one-stop shop service. We also had the opportunity to work with Sonya Gilmour. Her expertise, guidance and dedication were much appreciated. Thanks again Marco, Sonya & Team! Looking forward to working with you again soon! If you’re looking for a contractor that will give you great workmanship, a great experience, will work with your budget and includes design expertise from Sonya Gilmour, we definitely recommend Zzone Homes in Stoney Creek!
