I hired this company because they are incredibly organized. The timelines for steps had just enough padding to make sure they finish on time. My project was delivered as promised.

Their crews were all really good at their jobs. One thing I really liked is they checked each others work. And if they didnt think it raised to the level expected, they made it right. Roque, Kaleo, Arturo, Christian, a boy named Su, and one other guy whose name I dont remember, but he even came to work when he wasnt feeling well, all were prompt and professional. Dave the tile guy and his assistant did incredible tile work and jeff the cabinet guy, worked quickly and quietly. Cannot forget Tony who made sure the crew was never short of supplies needed.
And as I am not great on QC, I allowed the project manager Melissa really scrutinize the work and insist on fixes that did not bother me. Chris was even more particular. This really impressed me on insuring their company delivery quality

We really wanted to modernize our 25-year-old small bathrooms but did not know where to begin.
We found this vendor on Internet and wanted to try it.
We visited their showroom, which is conveniently located, and could have some good ideas.
Soon, a very friendly design consultant Ashley visited our house to talk/flash out what we wanted. Then we visit their showroom again to choose fixtures and other materials that we liked.
Work started very quickly and everything went smoothly pretty much according to the schedule.
Rudy and all other workers were very skillful and courteous. Their work was done very neatly and did not interrupt our daily life much.
On top of everything, Melissa as a PM was super meticulous and paid attention so everything went smoothly.
We believe their price is reasonable for the quality of the work and materials they provide.

Project: Demo and remove existing shower, bathtub, floor and vanity. Replace with a custom connected shower and sauna, heated flooring and new vanity.

Finding the right contractor: I called 40 different contractors in Las Vegas. I met with 14 of those contractors at my house to look at the bathroom I wanted remodeled. Out of the 14, three seemed as possibilities to complete the project. However, out of the three, Brett (the owner) was the most knowledgeable about how to build a custom sauna and expand on my bathroom remodel ideas.

Las Vegas Remodel & Construction was definitely the best choice for my bathroom remodel. From the initial meeting with Brett, coming up with design concepts for the shower/sauna combo, picking out the materials, demolition, workers, to the finished bathroom, Las Vegas Remodel & Construction exceeded expectations. I would find it difficult to find a better remodeling company to perform such a custom project.

Las Vegas Remodel & Construction happened to be the last company I was able to interview at my home. Once I sat down with Brett we had a discussion about what I was envisioning for the bathroom and what I was looking for in a contractor. For the bathroom, I stated that I wanted to be able to walk directly from the shower into the sauna. For a contractor, I was looking for someone that could not only do this type of project but also take my idea and make it better. Brett was able to do just that. He was knowledgeable in how the sauna could be built, the type of sauna heater it would require and how to connect the shower and sauna together. I also wanted the benches to be able to fold up to the wall in order for me to be able to workout in the sauna (something I have never seen before). During our discussion, Brett also asked if we would be interested in the bathroom floor being heated. I was happy that this was an option I did not know existed and that it was a possibility. Once I decided on Las Vegas Remodel & Construction we had many back and forth conversations regarding the design of the sauna and how to make the fold up benches a possibility. After sharing possible ideas for the benches, Chris (project manager) was able to find a fabrication company that could make the benches.
Once my wife and I decided on the design of the sauna we went to the Las Vegas Remodel & Construction showroom and picked out our materials. Melissa was extremely helpful in helping us pick out what tile for the shower and bathroom floor that would look good together. When the project started, Rocky and Frank did a great job of demolishing the bathroom and keeping the work area and rest of the house clean. The shower and sauna framing was done by Kaleo. He did a fantastic job with the framing and installing the benches. The tile for the shower and the floor was done by David. He also installed the cedar for the sauna. David’s work was also excellent and he came up with a great idea of how to make the entry to the sauna look amazing! I appreciated seeing Arturo (lead manager) stop by and check on the progress for the remodel. After starting the remodel my wife and I decided that we also wanted to remodel the vanity of the bathroom. During the remodel, Chris (project manager) did a great job of managing the remodel and checking with me regarding multiple various details of how I wanted the shower and sauna to look.
The finished remodel of the primary bathroom turned out better than I expected. I am very happy I decided to hire Las Vegas Remodel & Construction for this project. I can’t imagine another contractor being able to take our idea and make it even better. We love that we can walk directly from the shower into the sauna or vice versa. Being able to move the benches up so I can workout in the sauna has been wonderful. And the heated floors are quite a nice upgrade. If you are thinking of doing a home remodel I would highly recommend Las Vegas Remodel & Construction. Thanks for turning our vision into a reality!

Apologies for taking so long to write this review. Our project was completed in September, 2024.

This is the only project we've ever experienced where everything was on time and on budget. All work was done as promised and completed to our satisfaction. Brett and Melissa were great with communication and help with design and execution of our requests. Even changes we wanted to make during the project were handled perfectly and without delaying the overall timeline. Chris was a great project manager and always answered any questions or concerns we had during the project. Arturo, Kaleo, and Matt were great while here in the house doing all the work that needed to be done. Mario had his hands full with the cabinet installation but was great and got everything right, down to the fine details. We would definitely recommend LV Remodel for your project. We will be using them again when it's time to remodel our master bath.

Las Vegas Remodel did a great job remodeling my entire kitchen. From the beginning, their attention to detail was impressive, starting with demolition and the protective plastic placed ceiling to floor over the entire work area.
The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked every aspect of the remodel; daily. Chris’s superpower is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail!
Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my house with respect. The job notebook, kept on site, provided detailed plans of what was to be accomplished on a daily basis. This level of organization was impressive to watch.
The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations.
After the final inspection, a couple minor adjustments were scheduled and completed quickly.
