We purchased a 30 yr. old house in NW High Point just one month ago. Our fascia was in very bad condition! Boedicker Construction came in and made it look new. They did a phenomenal job. They were courteous and efficient, they were timely, and the job was completed on time. We are posting this review because we want people to know how extremely satisfied we are with the work performed at our home by Boedicker Construction. Boedicker Construction converted our car port into an actual 2 car garage. Their work included adding an entry door in the back of the carport as well as designing and installing the door frame/jams to support an 18’ wide overhead garage door. From the start of the process Rick Boedicker was very responsive and professional in coming up with a solution. When it came time to do the work Ricks lead man Arturo was invaluable in coming up with an improved door frame design which was more robust and made things much easier for the overhead door company to install the door. We thank Boedicker Construction for a job well done.

We had Boedicker Construction replace two old French doors with a new window and a sliding glass door, with transom windows over both. When the assemblies were received, it was evident that the transom were not what we expected, and one did not match the other. Rick took this up with the fabricator, and included me in the conversation to get this window issue resolved. This took several weeks spanning the Christmas and New Year holidays, but it was taken care of to our satisfaction. Rick also coordinated with a drywall specialist and a painting company to ensure a finished product.
Also, Boedicker employee Arturo skillfully handled all of the demo and reconstruction, and was very conscientious and detail-oriented throughout. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use Boedicker Construction again
