Bingo! I won!
My renovation is stunning. A visit to my house now includes a walk through my new primary bedroom, walk-in closet, primary bathroom, mudroom closet, and a nod to additional improvements throughout the house. Everyone agrees that the project is a winner.

I considered 4 different contractors and had just about given up on doing this renovation when Dalton walked in the door. He assured me that HHI Builders could build me a beautiful project. And he offered ideas on how to increase the size of my small bathroom.

An appointment in the office of HHI further convinced me that Danielle and Steve would deliver a great renovation. They listened. They were organized, and kept me informed daily of work that was completed. And I even received an additional summary of the week's work. Electricians, plumber, the tile guy, painters, were all top notch. Chris, the master carpenter, amazed me with his talent and the way he brought the vision to the next level.

And suddenly the job was completed. HHI didn't just fade away. Fabian came by to fine tune. Cleaners were sent to clean the entire house. A thank you gift and a special evening on the Salty Dog cruise showed me that not only did I appreciate HHI, they appreciated me as a customer. Who does that?!
I have additional projects in mind. I will hire HHI once again. No other company will do.

We had a very positive experience working with HHI Builders on the design and construction of our new front entrance, which included a porch, metal roof, new door and gable. From the beginning, the process felt very collaborative, and the team was genuinely excited about the project.

As with most construction projects, there were a few bumps along the way. In our case, we experienced torrential rain (and not just a little rain) during the same week our new roof was being installed, which resulted in water getting into the house. HHI Builders didn’t hesitate. They showed up on a Friday evening, in the rain and lightning, to cover and secure the roof. That moment (3 hours getting soaked in the roof) really stood out to us.

We also had an issue with some framing, which was corrected and made right at no additional cost. Just as important, what we agreed to upfront is exactly what we were charged at the end. Having that clarity made it much easier to make confident decisions throughout the renovation.

We worked closely with the owner, the design team, and our on-site supervisor, and every interaction was professional and respectful. Dalton and Taylor, in particular, were a pleasure to work with. I truly enjoyed working with both of them. They were responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about getting things right. Beyond this project, they’re simply great people.

We absolutely love the new look of our home and felt very fortunate to be one of HHI Builders’ clients. We would happily recommend them to anyone considering a renovation or building project.

HHI Builders did a phenomenal job remodeling three bathrooms in our home. We also had to repipe our entire home, and they managed it beautifully. I appreciated the care they took to protect our floors and personal belongings throughout the project and to respectfully work around us as we were living in the home during construction. From start to finish, communication has been clear with daily progress reports and pictures.
Big shout out to project manager Charlie Gleeson, who has patiently and tirelessly solved all problems, big and small. He is a man of his word and gets the job done no matter what it takes. Ryan Morrison has also been extremely helpful throughout the project, from planning to problem solving.
HHI Builders has a talented group of subs who do excellent work. Everyone we've worked with has been polite and professional. High praise for the clean-up crew. I thought we would never see the end of the dust, but they took care of it all, and our house is sparkling again.
We're thrilled with the results and look forward to working with HHI Builders on our next project.
