We worked with Daniel and his team to remodel my dad's bathrooms and they turned out flawless and beautiful. I would not recommend this company to do your bathroom or any project . Hired them because of the positive reviews but regretted it after the first day. There’s no communication between the contractors and the workers and also the customer (unless they need money) when it came to my project. I was told I would be able to sleep in my bedroom and also park in my garage. But after the first day of demo my room was left a mess and all the tools and my toilet in the room . All the debris was bagged and left in my garage not removed from the house like majority of contractors would do.Which was not communicated with me and when asked if I didn’t have a garage where the debris would’ve been left my back yard or the side of the house was the response. The tile company sent the wrong tile and due to lack of communication between the contractor and installers or the contractor coming to the site and checking if the tile was correct the wrong tile was installed which set my project back 2 weeks. I ended up firing the company due to poor quality with their workmanship. The use spot bonding to put tiles on the wall which not recommended by National Contractors Association The company doesn’t seem to care much about the customer and only for the money.

We hired D&S Contractors Group to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom and turn it into a wet room. We also renovated our master bedroom (new tile, paint, lighting, baseboards, popcorn removal). We are VERY pleased with our new bathroom and bedroom. Rafael was the foreman, but Darwin was the individual who did 99% of the work. Darwin was polite, punctual, hard worker and meticulous. If you are fortunate enough to get Darwin for your job, then you will be very pleased with his work product. Darwin did a great job! Darwin is very particular about his work and he always made sure everything was done correctly and looked good. Both the plumber and electrician they sent were licensed and insured, and they were professional and knew what they were doing. The painters they sent were definitely not the same caliber of worker as Darwin. One recommendation would be to make sure the foreman comes to the site every day, especially if you do not speak Spanish because most of the workers do not speak good English, if they speak any at all. We started using the translate feature on our iPhone, and things went a little more smoothly; having the foreman at the site communicating issues and tasks to the workers makes the job go smoother. Also make sure to keep track of your manuals because they were quick to clean up and put things in the garbage pile. When I said my auto flush wasn't working, they said my Toto did not have it. I paid for the part which I found in the discarded toilet box at the curb. Fortunately the garbage truck had not come yet. Rafael was very nice and picked up our new tile, baseboards and door casings to save us the delivery fee. Make sure you read the contract and that everything you want is included in the contract and do not assume that painting includes scraping and smoothing the walls unless it is written in the contract. Daniel was very nice to deal with and we highly recommend D&S Contractors Group for your next project.
