Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this contractor. My bathroom was over-measured, which increased the cost, and I later found the pricing was very high for the size of the job. The workmanship was also extremely disappointing: the tile under the lavatory was left broken, the new floor cracked, and the finishing throughout the bathroom was terrible. He left holes inside the shower that could lead to water infiltration and mold, which is unacceptable and unsafe.He also gave me multiple promised completion dates that were not fulfilled, and after 40 days I am still waiting for the bathroom to be finished. Overall, overpriced, poor quality, and unreliable service.
Our kitchen renovation turned out better than we imagined. From the planning stage through completion, the crew was easy to communicate with and very detail-oriented. They respected our home, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right before moving on to the next step. Even with a few changes along the way, they stayed flexible and helpful. The end result is a kitchen that feels fresh, functional, and thoughtfully finished. We're really enjoying the space and would aladly recommend them for kitchen renovations
We were extremely pleased with our kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was professional and detail oriented. The craftsmanship was top notch and the cabinet layout and finish completely transformed the space and far exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the process and they were always on time and completed the project a day earlier than estimated. They also kept the area clean during the remodel and it is obvious they take pride in their work and care about the finished project like it’s their own house.I would highly recommend Paragon because they will do quality work and provide a stress free remodeling experience. Me and my wife LOVE our new kitchen.
Incredible experience with Paragon’s technicians! The entire bathroom remodeled to perfection. Every inch was taken care of. Feels like we literally ripped out a page out of a luxury contracting book and pasted it in our home! Great service. Punctual with timing. Over-delivered with great customer service too!
