Mike and his team were easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves, worked hard and were very skilled at what they do. We will use them again and will refer them to others.
Mike was easy to work with and did a great job on our two bed two bath condo renovation. Out of all the contractors we interviewed, he was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, and professional. We quickly realized how hard it was to find a contractor who would give us a fair quote once they found out we’re not from the island, but Mike was upfront and competitive with his pricing - no hidden fees or surprise costs. He was also realistic about the scope of work and took all the measurements during our consultation.He even provided kitchen design drawings before we decided to hire him, made a few helpful suggestions, and recommended vendors for materials that he has good relationships with, which saved us a lot of money. Ordering all the materials ourselves was the most challenging part, but Mike was always available to answer any questions we had. He handled all the pick ups and even allowed us to ship everything to his house for transport to the condo. The team also cleaned the condo thoroughly after the renovation was complete.We’d hire him again for future projects!
