Great customer service and fantastic end result! My wife and I are first-time homeowners that hired Smart Remodeling to add a full bathroom to an existing space in our new home. From the start, we were impressed by the prompt communication from the team as well as their competitive initial quote, which led us to hire them over other contractors. They guided us through the entire process and were always readily available whenever we had questions. Any issues that came up during the construction was readily taken care of without much trouble. Everyone from the owner, support staff, and sub-contractors were also super nice to us, demonstrating a real commitment to customer satisfaction. The work done was also high quality, as the finished product exceeded our expectations and has seriously impressed everyone that we've had over ever since. We're incredibly happy with our choice to go with Smart Remodeling, who provided us a great new bathroom at a fantastic price!

We are very happy with the work done in and around our home. Everything looks so nice! The contractors and workers were friendly, diligent, and very competent. They all went out of their way to keep us informed, show us all the steps of progress, and ask questions about what we wanted. Each person arrived in a timely manner and when they left for the day their materials were all tidy and the debris hauled away. We’ve been very impressed from start to finish of all they did.

From the first phone call to set up a home appointment to the finished kitchen remodeling project we have nothing but praise for all the people that work with Smart Remodeling. When I first contacted them the office manager gave me a great overview of what they offer, what their work ethic is, and how they value communication and excellence. The initial appointment with the project manager was so positive because he listened to what we wanted and he too reiterated their desire to complete any project with excellence. We could ask any question and he was glad to answer. Once the project was started it went very smoothly. When there were hiccups they were quickly addressed with a "can do" spirit. The project manager made sure that everything was done in an excellent manner. He has great people that are very professional and expertly skilled. Our project was new kitchen cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and flooring. We are super pleased with the finished project. I would definitely call them again. We really enjoyed getting to know the owner and office manager.
