Unique Builders and Remodeling Houston

Unique Builders did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. Ronen guided us from start to finish with a clear plan and great communication; including entertaining many late-night texts with timely replies. Eddie and Olyn’s crews delivered quality work and kept everything moving smoothly. Remodels can be stressful, but with Unique and Ronen we always felt in good hands. We’re thrilled with the final result and will absolutely use them again.

We recently hired Unique Builder's & Development to take on a major exterior repair of our home, and the experience was excellent. Our project was a sizable one. The work totaled more than $45,000 and involved extensive carpentry, the removal and replacement of all exterior wood trim with hardy material, repairs to worn siding and doors, and a full exterior paint job with careful caulking and sealing. They also painted our garage and cabinetry. The job took about four to five weeks, and the crew stayed on schedule. Brandon Moeckel was our main Project Manager, and he made the whole process easier. He was fair, clear, and willing to help in every step. Several repairs came up that were not fully defined in the contract, and he still agreed to take care of them without hesitation. His flexibility and willingness to go beyond the original scope set him apart. Josue worked closely with him and checked on the work throughout the project. The quality of the finished work speaks for itself, and the professionalism of the team made a demanding project feel manageable. We are very satisfied and would recommend Unique Builder's & Development for their projects.

This summer I was blessed to finally renovate my home with the help of Unique builders and Brandon was my project manager. I want to thank Brandon, Alex, Ricardo and all the Unique builder staff for bringing my dream home to life. I love my new home. Through ups and down, Brandon was patient, attentive and kind. They recreated my kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, bedroom, closets and windows with precision. I really appreciate the care and professionalism displayed throughout the project. They also worked within my budget. I highly recommend this Company. Thank you so much Brandon. I appreciate you.

This spring we hired Unique Builders and Remodeling to renew our floors, kitchen and secondary bathroom. We also had the entire interior repainted along with new solid wood doors, casings and baseboards plus we had the ceiling fans replaced in each room. The finished job resulted in a lovely and completely refreshed 63-year-old interior. We love all the beautiful design options and products Annette recommended for us after we initially described what we hoped to accomplish. The process of selecting and procuring flooring, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, countertops, tiling options, hardware, etc. can be extremely overwhelming however Annette worked very hard to plan our project to full completion before we ever agreed to the deal. The project started on time without many delays in progress and was handled in a professional manner where the customer comes first. The crews for the various stages of the project always arrived when expected and worked full time on the job until the work was completed. Everyone involved was polite and made sure we stayed updated on the work done and scheduling status. Overall, there were very few delays in work for unexpected reasons and to our satisfaction the project was completed in a reasonable amount of time. We highly recommend that you without delay allow Annette and Unique Building and Remodeling to turn your 'Galley into a Gallery'. They can also turn your ordinary 5'x7' hall bathroom into a Perfect 10.0 Fabulous!

I am enjoying my remodelled kitchen and everyone that sees it says that it is a beautiful kitchen. Unique Builders delivered on time and on budget, and accommodated a few additional requests. The crew was always on time and kept it's promises. The project coordinator was effective and helpful at every stage, similarly, the designer provided excellent advise from the start, understanding our vision. Special thanks to Eddie, who really is an awesome leader of his team and makes things magically happen. You should definitely consider Unique B&D for your next project.
